Sandra M. Long is the Environmental Health Manager for the Town of Addison, Texas.
Her career in Environmental Health spans over 35 years. Ms. Long is a Past President
of National Environmental Health Association, has served on the Sanitarian Advisory
Committee to the State of Texas as Presiding Officer. She currently serves as a
Practitioner on the National Environmental Health Science & Protection Accreditation
Council and on the Council for Food Protection.
