About me
Sara is part of the Clinical Resources Unit with CDPHE’s Immunization Branch and serves as the School and Child Care Nurse Consultant, providing clinical consultation, technical assistance, and interpretation of the ACIP immunization schedule and Board of Health rules. Sara has over a decade of experience in public health, working for both local and state agencies. She has a background in immunizations, infectious disease, child care and Head Start consultation, Early Intervention (EI), emergency preparedness, and maternal and child health.
