Sarah Werner is the Deputy Division Director for Policy and Communications for the Division of Professions and Occupations within the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. In this role, Sarah manages policy review, communications, rulemaking and open records for the division. Sarah has nearly 20 years of experience working with governmental and quasi-governmental agencies on topics related to communications and policy - including more than 10 years with the State of Colorado.
