About me
Monica Dupler is an Environmental Protection Specialist with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and has been working in retail food safety since 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with an emphasis on Food Safety from Colorado State University, Fort Collins. Monica is passionate about applying scientific research to practical food safety guidance and supporting both regulators and industry in maintaining safe food practices.
