About me
An educator and health program leader for more than thirty years, Mindy led numerous health, sustainability and community engagement initiatives that resulted in the creation of dozens of school and community gardens, watershed renewal projects, and environmental education projects. In addition to the impact of educating thousands of individuals, she plays the role of connector for systemic changes made in school health, mental health, and community resilience. She currently serves as Managing Director for the Center for Environmental Justice at Colorado State University where she helps create "Air Ready" communities.
