About me
Liz is the Food Program Manager for Jefferson County Public Health in Colorado.
She currently serves as Chair of the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) Plan Review Committee for the 2025–2027 biennium. She has also contributed to updates of the Plan Review Manual 2025 and the Mobile Unit Plan Review Guidance Document 2025, and she presented an issue at CFP Denver advocating for the inclusion of definitions for mobile units and commissaries in the 2026 FDA Food Code. In addition, Liz serves as an FDA Plan Review instructor, delivering courses through NEHA.
Outside of work, she is currently obsessed with Game of Thrones (first time watching) and just about anything by Brené Brown!
