Her experience spans business, collegiate, and community settings. Erin believes in banishing boring meetings, and in developing leadership at all levels of your organization. She has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and trainer and her education includes a degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Goucher College, and ATD certifications in Change Management, Training, and Coaching
