About me
Danielle Henderson is the Environmental Health Supervisor for the Early Childhood and Schools Program at Arapahoe County Public Health. She began her career as a toddler and preschool teacher at licensed child care facilities in Iowa and Colorado; developing a strong passion for early childhood education. Danielle later transitioned into regulatory and public health work, serving as both a Child Care Licensing Specialist and Environmental Health Specialist. Since joining Arapahoe County Public Health in 2022, she has led efforts to promote healthy and safe environments in schools and early childhood settings through education, collaboration, and regulatory oversight.
